1850s Hand Colored Stone Lithographs of Birds of the West Skylark
This skylark was identified by John Cassin who performed the work for the transcontinental railroad survey in the 1850s. On the upper margin of the print it says "U.S.P.R.R. Exp. & Surveys ---38th 39th 41st Parallels" and "Birds - Plate XXXII." Below is the lithograph as it will come to you matted and in a protective clear plastic sleeve.
