Winslow Homer 1874 Matted Wood Engraving

"NEW YORK CHARITIES - ST. BARNABAS HOUSE, 304 MULBERRY STREET"

This is another print that comes from Winslow Homer's residence in New York City.  It shows one of the prominent New York charities staffed by the ladies. Over the door in the middle of the print is written "Peace be to this House."

Below is the print as matted (cropped a little in this picture) and enclosed in a protective plastic sleeve (which creates the camera reflections). The print appears to have some darkening in the left bottom corner from these pictures but it does not show up in person. The mat will pop into a standard size 16 x 20 inch frame.
